The passenger manifest must be provided to PACE Airlines Operations a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure. Providing a manifest later than this will jeopardize the scheduled departure of the flight. Passengers will not be issued any form of a boarding pass and baggage cannot be loaded onto the aircraft until an approved manifest from PACE Operations is made available to the crew or ground handler.

If the TSA observes passengers being boarded or given boarding passes without an approved manifest, they can and will stop the customer service process. This will require all passengers to return beyond the security check point and the check-in process will need to be restarted from the beginning. These procedures are required for all flights departing from or arriving in the USA.

All expenses related to rescheduling aircraft departure and arrival due to late manifest submittal will be charterer’s responsibility.
