USA EB-5 Foreign Investment

 The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows for the issuance of permanent visas (green cards)
to qualified foreign nationals who invest in the U.S. and create jobs.

Spouses and dependant children under the age of 21 may also obtain permanent residence
along with the investor.

 

MLW Air EB-5 Program Overview

 MLW Air is currently seeking foreign national investor(s) to purchase an equity interest in
MLW Air through an investment of between $1,000,000 USD and $16,000,000 USD. The final
investment amount is subject to approval by MLW Air.


The investor will be required to actively participate in the expansion of MLW Air worldwide
“All First Class” air charter business.


Participation in management and operations may be considered by a mix of the following
activities: air chartering by the investor, air chartering by investor affiliated businesses, and/or
chartering by newly charter revenue sources developed by the investor.


Upon United States government approval, a green card will be issued to the investor, spouse
and children under 21.


Investor qualifications for acceptance, funding, and admissibility to US are reviewed by MLW Air and immigration legal counsel.
